Brenda joined the bank in 2006 and has over 15 years experience in residential lending.  In that time she has cultivated a loyal following of customers.  They rely on her residential lending expertise and vast knowledge of the loan products.  Her customers also appreciate her honesty and willingness to get the loan done on time.  After growing up in Butler County she moved to the Derby area and has been here for over 10 years.  Brenda specializes in all areas of mortgage lending including programs such FHA, VA and Conventional loans.  When she is not doing mortgage lending, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son at various sporting events or following K-State Athletics.
